Products are made in local communities at altitudes of 14,000 feet. People there live a primitive existence in harmony with nature and their alpacas.
High quality alpaca wool is sourced and processed according to organic standards. Skilled traditional artisans produce a natural product in an ecologically responsible fashion. Artisans apprentice in different areas of alpaca product construction and earn a livable wage while staying close to their families in their home towns.
